Curriculam

Students at LIAS are exposed to the British syllabus infused with American- model teaching techniques. They are prepared to face exams offered by the British Educational System.

The Primary School

Our Primary School consists of classes from Pre Grade 1 (5yrs) to Grade 5 (10yrs)

The students are exposed to subjects such as English, Science, Mathematics, History, Geography, French, Sinhala, Env.Studies, Computing, Poetry, Art, Home Science, Singing, Swimming and Physical Education.

The Junior School

Our Junior School consists of classes from Grade 6 (11yrs) to Grade 8 (13yrs)

At this stage, students are guided to identify their special skills and strengths in choosing their subjects for their tertiary education.

General English, English Literature, Science, Mathematics, History, Geography, French, Sinhala, Computing, Singing,Art, Home Science and Physical Education are the main subjects the students are exposed to.
